Jérémie Niel is co-general director of the Festival international de la littérature (FIL) and a director. Trained in arts management at HEC Montréal, he has been working as a manager in the cultural sector for nearly thirty years. Recognized for his qualities in project development and management, as well as for his comprehensive knowledge of the issues facing a cultural organization, he has held strategic management positions within several major Quebec cultural structures. At the same time, he has pursued a career as a director with the company he founded in 2005, which he has directed ever since, and with which he has directed numerous plays and multidisciplinary productions in Montreal and on tour.
