As a professional artist, designer, director, integrator and technician, Louis-Robert Bouchard has been involved for over 15 years in a wide range of projects in the fields of technology, sound, image and performance, working with a variety of companies, organizations, institutions and collectives, as well as with professional artists in the fields of dance, theater, circus, performance, music, audio art, visual art, multidisciplinary art, audiovisual installation and research. Through these collaborations, he has established himself as a benchmark in experimental multidisciplinary creation, complex video projection, sound spatialization and interactivity.
Alongside his professional practice, he is actively developing his personal practice: a multidisciplinary artist, he combines technologies, music, audio art, video, installation and scenic arts in the context of complex, intelligent multidisciplinary works.
In 2015, he founded the production company Interférences (interferences.ca), whose mandate is to produce works that blend art and technology, and whose mission is to democratize this type of original and innovative work.
