Aline Johanns is a Certified Human Resources Professional with over 25 years of experience in the field.  Trained as a translator and with an MBA from the Université de Moncton, she has worked in the public sector in the province of New Brunswick, primarily in hospitals.  She held human resources management positions in several regional hospitals in the province before becoming Vice President of Human Resources at Vitalité Health Network. She also has experience in operational and strategic planning, as well as in the management of various hospital services.
