Originally from New Brunswick, Elizabeth Blanchard’s short stories have been published in literary magazines and Canadian anthologies. A finalist for the David Adams Richards Prize, she co-edited the poetry anthology Cadence: Voix féminines / Female Voices (Frog Hollow Press, 2020) with Kayla Geitzler. Her most recent project, The Bearing (Mouton Noir Acadie, 2024), both an art book and a tale for adults, is the product of a collaboration between the visual artist Nancy King Schofield and the author.
