Originally from Moncton, New Brunswick, Marie Cadieux is a filmmaker, a writer, and an editor at Bouton d’or Acadie. Her poetry collection Enfance et autres fissures (L’Interligne, 2008) was a finalist of the Antonine-Maillet-Acadie Vie award. She is also the co-author of Le pit à papa (2015), as well as the author of Histoire de galet (Champlain Award, 2018) and Jardin de mots : une histoire de Lire et faire lire Acadie (2019), all of which were published by Bouton d’or Acadie.
