Thomas Hodd est écrivain et critique culturel. Son travail a été entre autres publié dans le Globe and Mail, le Toronto Star, et la Literary Review of Canada. Sa pièce, No Man is an Island, a été récemment produite par l'Atlantic Repertory Company. Il est également l'éditeur de A Soldier's Place : the War Stories of Will R. Bird, ainsi que de Mary Melville, the Psychic: a Critical Edition. Il enseigne à l'Université de Moncton.
